Duration:
The campaign runs from November 9 to December 3, 2026, with 5 e-bike draws. The final draw takes place on December 3. Eligible purchases must be paid between November 2 at 12:00 AM and November 30 at 11:59 PM to enter the applicable rounds. Round entry deadlines and draw dates appear on the campaign page. All times follow the time zone stated on the relevant campaign website.

Participation Rules:

1. Open to residents aged 18+ in participating EU countries with an address within ENGWE’s shipping coverage. The UK is excluded. Remote-area and island restrictions follow the website’s shipping policy.
2. Subscribe to ENGWE emails and buy any e-bike on the relevant official ENGWE website, completing payment between November 2 at 12:00 AM and November 30 at 11:59 PM, to enter automatically. Subscription and order emails must match, and both requirements must be met before the relevant round closes. Coupon use does not affect eligibility.
3. Each valid order counts as one entry, regardless of bike quantity. Cancelled, fully refunded, unpaid or fraudulent orders are excluded.
4. There are five e-bike giveaway rounds, with one winner randomly selected per round. Rounds 1–3 each award one ZIP, while Rounds 4–5 each award one L20 3.0 Boost. Bike colours are selected at random and are subject to availability.
5. Each round closes to new entries at 11:59 PM on its stated deadline. Non-winning entries automatically roll over to later rounds. Earlier purchases enter more rounds. Each participant may win only one e-bike; winners are excluded from subsequent e-bike draws.
6. One football signed by Robin van Persie will also be awarded in a separate draw on December 3, open to all eligible buyers, including e-bike winners. This prize is separate from the one-e-bike-per-person limit.
7. Masked winner emails will appear on the campaign page, and winners will be notified at their order email. Winners must reply within 48 hours of notification being sent and provide verification and delivery details. Failure to respond or meet eligibility requirements results in forfeiture and a random replacement draw from that round’s remaining eligible entries.
8. Prizes will be dispatched within 30 days after eligibility confirmation and receipt of complete delivery details. Arrival times vary by destination. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or credited against the original order.
9. Feel free to share this campaign with like-minded friends. Participation means accepting these rules.
